Sales tax credit which is a big thing in Texas lease! Only needs to pay 1.2% for tax.

Below link is the closest match I can get in the calculator. I feel there is still some room to push it lower, however got the color combo and 6 seater wife loves, decides to take it now :rofl:

It’s mentioned in my post. $11500 includes $7500 EV rebate and $4000 lease cash from Volvo last month.
