Quick question for insiders in the business. With the inauguration coming on the 20th, what is the buzz around the industry? Fire sale coming on EVs? Will the 7500 in federal money be around and if not where will the EV market go? Deciding to lease now or wait until the squeeze is put on the dealerships and manufactures to move units at all costs. Thank you in advance for any answers.
There are a number of good deals now. Absolutely nobody knows what the programs will look like in January or can predict what will lease better or worse in the first quarter of next year. You can likely count on a spring Costco program for the brands that participate, other than that 
As far as the EV tax credit going away for purchase and lease, all we can do is speculate until something actually changes.

Thank you for the quick reply. I will most likely lease soon as its probably too risky to guage where the new administration will be with tax credits or rebates.
I would not expect the January programs to be as good as they are now. You have 4 days: tick-tock
