How do we feel about a ‘25 Sierra EV Denali @ $0 down and $850/mo?
0 Down, 0 due at signing, or both?
First mos. pmt. ($850) DAS.
Assume this is 36 month term
Sorry. 39 mos. 10k miles.
Worth looking into whether you could get a lightning for a lot less
Yes, I know. I just don’t want a Lightning. Not necessarily about obtaining the best deal, regardless of model, but more about the best deal (or ensuring a good deal) on the Sierra EV. The dealer has now clarified I would owe first months’ payment ($850) at signing, to the extent that change’s the analysis.
If it is the Max Range, I’d say it is a strong deal for a 2025. What incentives are at play? Is the $2k supplier rebate factored in this price?
It’s for extended range. $2k supplier, Costco, and the rest is a dealer discount. Selling price of $76 and some change. MSRP is 93. I think they’re also giving me some tax credits, as well.
I have just closed on a 2024 1st Edition with 1300 miles on it and it ended up being cheaper than your deal so maybe shop around for one of those? There were more than a few with aggressive discounts in TX when I was shopping but they couldn’t be leased out of state. That being said, I think you are still being offered a decent deal if your heart is set on this truck…
How much worse are 24 or 36?
That I do not know. This was presented to me as the best term.
What deal did you get?
Start working on your calculator skills. Recreate this offer and then go from there.
The new denial trim huh? That screams for a meme.
I have done a 24/10 one-pay, one-pay saves a significant amount especially on the 36 month term if you have the funds to cover the one-pay amount. My deal might be misleading because it was a regional training vehicle for the salespeople and it has some miles on it. I did come across 2024 1st Edition units in TX that had strong discounts advertised. Also note that Silverado EV leases better if you are open to that option.
Deny Defend Depose. The trim can only be sold to Luigi’s.
Why do the Silverado EV lease better? higher RV, MF or both?
Yes, extra incentive if you have a trade and lower MF. Also the $7.5k RV assistance was not in some of my Sierra EV quotes so not sure if it is regional. Without that $7.5k bump, the RV is much lower than the Silverado EV. There are also significantly more 2024 Silverado RST units available than the 2024 Sierra EVs so you have a better chance of finding a dealer willing to make a deal.
