Not sure why Nissan is not bringing any hybrid (Sequoia) or at least diesel (Chevy/Caddy/GMC) options to the American market, really shooting themselves on the foot. My guess it that they laid off their market research department a long time ago, not sure how else one can explain some of their recent product choices. They are so close to being competitive with this new gen QX80 and Armada otherwise…
I would’ve preferred if they kept the 5.6 v8 since I don’t mind the gas but I guess they chose another path.
Thank god they fixed the rear bumper. It felt like 11’ from OUTSIDE the rear hatch to INSIDE it.
Side profile is giving me EV9 vibes
Toyota’s hybrid has been a recall nightmare.
I didn’t realize they removed the Bose sound system, that was the reason I drove my parent’s Armada more than the Sequiao when I first got my license.
Looks like a mid cycle refresh more than a brand new anything
If you are referring to the recent 3.4 liter V6TT recall, it actually only affects the non-hybrid variant. As far as I can remember, Toyota’s hybrid powertrains have been pretty bulletproof. I have owned various Toyota and Lexus products with the hybrid powertrains and have not gotten a single recall on the powertrain.
