It’s 24 months/ 12000 miles. Don’t think this is a bad deal, considering the incentives that I’m eligible for in Florida

Sorry for my reaction. I was looking at these same cars two weeks ago in SC and GA and the numbers were much cheaper for a 24/12.
The discount is actually not too bad, as it’s tough to get closer to 10%. It does look like they marked up the MF by about 22% and I’m sure you had some typically notorious dealer fees in FL.
In any event, enjoy the car! I’m a big fan of Mazdas in general and the CX-90 is very nice.

Thanks! Surprisingly no, it was only acquisition fee and dealership fee. No extra like window tint etc.
I was aiming for 8% or more off on MSRP but they got close to 7% and was happy since I got the color I wanted. They actually had to got it shipped from different dealership.
