2025 Lyriq Luxury 1 AWD One Pay Net $1000 Taxes and Fees Included

Before anyone asks this deal can’t be replicated by the same dealer. I’ve been going back and forth for a couple weeks and got a firm no on my offers from all dealers about a week ago and quit communicating with them. I decided to reach back out yesterday morning (last day of October) to see if any of their situations had changed. Only one dealer in the state accepted the terms.

Signed link: SIGNED! – See what others paid for their leases

Here’s a small breakdown:

2 years 10k miles/year

MSRP: $64200

Adjusted Cap cost: $53609

RV: $52733

One Pay: $4500

Net Monthly: $41.66

Rebates/incentives: EV Supplier, Conquest, GM card signup, CO EV tax rebate.

CO EV tax rebate is normally applied at POS but I had them remove it so that we could go deeper on discount without hitting negative depreciation. I’ll get it on my taxes when I file next year.

Big thanks to all contributors of this forum. 2 months ago I didn’t know the first thing about a lease. The info here was priceless and I really enjoyed the learning process.

Congrats! Now you’ve got to get a Hummer EV to park next to it.

Thanks! If I can get a hummer for the same price maybe :joy: I’m probably done for now I just did a Mach E last month for $200/month. Maybe I’ll check back in at the end of the year and see if there’s anything else for basically free out there.

When CO registration costs more than your lease.

Also insurance:-)

Oh this wasn’t even a loaner, what a heck of a deal

first of all congratulations on this beautiful deal. I am new to this game and have a quick question. What parameters of the deal you negotiated? And on terms you offered, how did you come up with those terms and numbers? I apologize in advance If my questions sounds stupid but any help and guidance is highly appreciated.

would recommend reading leasing 101–quick breakdown

MSRP: cant control:

Discount from dealer: negotiated–selling price

Rebates: from manufacture–can be based off of geography/what you qualify for

-New selling price (MSRP-dealer discount-rebates)

-MF aka apr on a lease (can be marked up, but set by the bank, not negotiated (the base rate that is)),

-RV: set by the bank, not negotiable

-Deal

-become a supporter of the website and you get access to the rate finder which will give you all the information mentioned above.

PS. Federal EV Rebates are done and I believe GMC has also terminated providing the extra juice to the RV. Naturally, this deal is not replicable in the month of nov.

The only parameter that I negotiated is the dealer discount before incentives. I came up with what was an aggressive but doable offer by paying $15 to become a LH super supporter and tinkering with the calculator. This deal was only possible because GM offered a $6k bump to residual value for these cars last month. Now that extra money is gone and it would be impossible to get anywhere close to this deal.
