2025 Hyundai Ioniq 6 SEL Lease Check — Tier 1 Credit, Virginia (24 Months)

Hi everyone,

Looking to get some guidance on what a solid lease deal should look like for a 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 6 SEL (AWD) with an MSRP around $51,400. I’m based in Virginia, have Tier 1 credit, and am targeting a 24-month / 12k miles per year lease.

Can anyone share recent numbers or what I should aim for in terms of:

  • Selling price / discount off MSRP
  • Money Factor (MF)
  • Residual Value (RV)
  • Any lease cash, incentives, or rebates (VA-specific or general)

**Expected monthly payment (with tax) and due at signing

If anyone has any recent signed deals in Virginia to share? or any brokers who can get an amazing deal please get in touch.

Trying to make sure I’m well-informed before heading to any dealerships. Appreciate any recent data points or insights from anyone who’s leased one or is familiar with Hyundai’s lease programs.

Thanks in advance!

You should target a 6-7% discount plus all applicable rebates. MF is not great on the I6, so paying taxes and fees upfront should net you a payment around $300 a month.

Yeah seems to be getting the 6-7% off MSRP.. but payments seem to be still much higher that the 300’s
