Calculator is giving me pretty similar output at 8.8 score. I know Texas is rough on lease taxes on selling price. Does this seem OK?
Offer them $500 a month with taxes rolled in. That gets you about a 6% discount. Are there any tax rebates available on the I6 in Texas?
You might also want to look at 24/10 term, as this seems to be the sweet spot this month. Texas taxes make that less
I checked on Edmunds and got a 24/12 with more lease cash + lower MF.
Gonna request 24/12
$49750 sale price
$13250 rebates
61% residual
.00229 MF
Comes out to $506 effective. That seems a little more palatable. I’m just in sticker shock mode since I’ve only purchased 1 used car 12+ years ago.
