2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5 Limited RWD – $327/mo + $6,884 DAS – Bay Area, CA – Advice?

Hi all,

Looking for input on a lease quote I received for a 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5 Limited RWD. I’m in the Bay Area, Tier 1 credit, and open to a one-pay lease if it’s worth it.

:wrench: Dealer Quote Summary:
• MSRP: $56,040
• Selling Price (pre-incentive): $53,540
• Lease Cash (taxed): $13,500
• Term: 24 months / 12k mi/year
• Residual: 64% ($35,865.60) matches rate finder
• Money Factor: 0.00266 (Tier 1) matches rate finder
• Monthly Payment: $327.48 incl. tax
• Due at Signing: $6,884.65
• $3,999 down (I’d probably remove this)
• $85 doc fee
• $736.75 DMV
• $1,736.42 upfront tax
• $327.48 first payment

I asked for $52,500 pre-incentive but no dice yet.

  • $599 broker fee + $550 transport

Depending on your tax rate

Either go to a broker or do your research with the Signed section. Try not to go with DGDG dealers.

For a $327 payment I can do the same deal with $3,000 @ signing + $550 transport + $599 broker fee.

Saves you like ~$2,700 something.

Given there is a pre-negotiated deal for $310 a month with only $3k DAS, I would say this is not a great deal. You should be able to negotiate 6% discount yourself.
