2025 Hummer EV SUV 99k MSRP - Single Pay - Effective $696 + Tax

Last year my wife told me to find us at least one reasonable family car and I ended up with an Audi Etron GT and Porsche Macan…I blame this forum  . This year, in order to correct that mistake, I decided to lease one of the largest vehicles I could possibly find. Below find the lease details on my 2025 GMC Hummer EV SUV 2X.

Original MSRP: $99,855
Early Reservation Credit: ($8,150)

Adjusted MSRP: $91,705

Dealer Discount: ($600~)
Demo Incentive: ($3,000)
GMC Fam Ince: ($4,500)

Final Sale Price: $83,609

Term: 36/10

Residual Value: $76,280 (83.18% of Adj MSRP)

*Note the residual includes a $7,500 EV incentive provided by GMC.

Money Factor: .0038 - .00073 (Single Pay MF Discount)

Total on One Pay before tax: $25,081.34
Effective Base Month: $696.70

Total Monthly W/ Tax: $754.06

Calculator: CALCULATOR | LEASEHACKR

Note the deal above was a little bit of a fluke due to the combination of being able to transfer the early reservation credit and my eligibility for the other incentives mentioned. That being said the deal is likely not fully replicable.

However, I would highly recommend reaching out to the dealer I worked with if you are serious about getting into a Hummer EV. They were super easy to work with and straightforward with what they were willing to do. I also know they are comfortable working out of state deals.

Dealership: Ed Martin Buick GMC
Salesman: Bryan Coup
Contact: bryanc@edmartin.com

After having the chance to drive my new tank for a couple weeks, I’ve concluded it’s absolutely ridiculous in all of the best ways. I highly recommend one if anyone is in the market.

Oh trust me, I warned him about what would happen. He’s a brave man…I wish him luck.

The dealer just let me know they still have 25 Hummers (Trucks and SUVs) in stock…so he isn’t scared of your emails

Congrats on your beautiful Hummer EV

SUV & amazing deal! I’ve been seriously contemplating getting one since I owned a Hummer H1 from 1999-2003 & leased a Hummer H2 in 2005.
We drive back & forth from Bay Area to LA/Newport Beach so the main concern I have is the possible long waits at the charging stations, especially during busy travel times(Holidays, Summer, etc.).
Thanks for sharing the dealer also.

Thanks! Those are some awesome trucks you’ve had.

If you haven’t owned an EV, it definitely takes some adjustment, but regardless I highly recommended the hummer EV from my short time with it and have so far pulled off a roughly 400 mile road trip that just required 1 DC fast charge of about 60%. According to GM the hummers will have access to Tesla superchargers in the near future, so hopefully that helps expand charge options.

Hi,
Is the demo incentive through gm financial? Or is it a dealer discount?

It shows as a dealer discount on the customer side, however my understanding is the dealer gets reimbursed by GM upon selling an eligible demo.

Aka, you won’t see a demo incentive in the lease contract.

Curious everyones thoughts on this deal…

2025 2X EV Pickup
Sticker is $101,435
After reservation credit and discount sale price comes down to $90,000

10K Miles and 5K down (including taxes/fees) for a monthly payment of $860
Residual is at 87%

Decent deal for a 2025 pickup (which just hit dealerships) — effective $1K monthly payment. You might want to look at 2024’s (which are identical) to get a better deal. I leased a 2024 Edition 1 (3X equivalent) Hummer EV SUV with a $106K MSRP two months ago for $1,122 effective monthly
payment (zero down, TN tax, title, registration, and all fees included), for perspective. Some of the one-pays posted lately have been super strong deals, but it’s a ton out of pocket upfront coupled with stacked rebates that aren’t replicable for most people. Best deals on the Hummer EV appear to be for the pickup (less so on the SUV).

I partially agree with @whtbst. I think this is an Okish deal.

Your deal will cost about $36k across the 36 months whereas mine is $27k meaning a $9k difference.

@whtbst is correct that most of that is caused by my incentive eligibility (about $4k after tax) and my choice to do a one pay to reduce the money factor (about another $4.5k).

However, the truck should lease better than my SUV as it has a 4% higher residual (using your number) and a slightly better money factor.

All that being said I think there is another $3k-$5k left on the table here. If you happen to be eligible for an GM incentives or willing to do a one pay, then even more. I recommend reaching out to the dealer in my original post if you’re serious about making a deal as I bet they can beat your current offer.

Well, you didn’t try very hard. lol
The hummer ev is kinda on the small side compared to the larger SUVs like Wagoneer, Expedition, and Tahoe. Very close to a Grand Cherokee L.

Seriously, though, enjoy the deal. Nice going.

You’re forgetting about the girth aspect of this thing! Haha

Totally agree it’s not the longest, but it’s silly wide and tall. Even more hilarious if you park it in extract mode like a tool…which I may do on occasion…

Thanks though, enjoying driving this thing!

New to the site and looking to go from my 750 to the new hummer. Have you ever come across your payments going down going from one lease to another?

Hey, welcome to the community!

I’m not sure I understand your question. Your payment from lease to lease can always vary up and down depending on the lease structure.
