I want to find one of these for under $75 a month. I find the Hornets are hideous. It’s really more for fun to try. Too much info in this thread. I’ll pay someone to spoonfeed me all the info I need to get one. I’ll start the bidding at $5 and 3 wheat pennies.

I’m interested in leasing this car that’s been sitting on your lot for 560 days. I assume your General Manager has some sort of emotional attachment to it for it to be there for this much time. You can let him know I’ll take real good care of it and make it my personal fart car. Really, I have no use for it, I’m mainly trying to impress some random strangers on the internet by getting the lowest possible monthly payment on this car. My goal is for the insurance to cost 3x the car. I see this is a new 2024, I’d ask you to punch it, have one of your employees drive it to Georgia and back to get 500 miles on it, and then give me every loaner incentive on it. Any extra codes or coupons you have I’d also like them applied. It would be my preference if this vehicle was the biggest loser in the history of your dealership. As a show of gratitude, I’ll take the most unattractive employee you have to the finest Olive Garden in all of Palm Beach County, I’ll even do so in one of my non fart cars. Let me know what you can do for me.

Oddly I found a dealer that applied the loaner $3,500 on a car that had 5 miles on the odometer.
I think they just punched it in DealerConnect without actually using it as a demo. And nobody had to go to Georgia.
I only reached out to 3 dealers, it was a busy day. Got 2 Scat Packs, both around $200 a month so far. I’m not interested unless its 2 digits.

There are so many of these it’s insane. I’d rather a colonoscopy with no anesthesia than a Hornet, but that’s just me.
Really, I just want a piece of EV Madness to finish the month. I really have no use for this car, but there are like 300 2024 Scat Packs, these can be scored on to close the month. I just need to do some work as opposed to flying blind.
Also, the 2 Florida dealers I did reach out to were double the two out of state dealers. I swear, I just can’t speak the lingo with Florida dealers, bc I’ve only gotten one good quote in 5.5 years living here from a dealer evenly remotely local.
Hornets can be had for double digits though if you need something cheap to run around in!!
$200 we will be probably regretting not getting one for $200 bucks once the credit is gone unless the manufacturer wants to unload them still. I’d love to have one once my ram lease is up but that’s not for a while

Same issues in NC. I have been able to get a couple of good deals here over the years, but I count myself really lucky with timing or something on those. Generally, discounts are awful in NC and you can expect $2-3k in add-ons. Sounds like FL is pretty similar.
I picked mine up 3 months ago for $318/month, no DAS, Scat Pack (85k MSRP). It came with 600 miles on it, now I’m at 1,300 and the car is already at the dealership for the 3rd time.
So far, I’ve been stuck twice because the car just refused to start, and now the AC stopped working! The car is fast, but it feels heavy and doesn’t handle well. Honestly, my 2014 Audi SQ5 was way better and much more fun to drive.
In the meantime the dealer gave me a brand-new RT loaner with only 35 miles on it, and it’s garbage too. The keyless doesn’t even work, the car feels cheap, and compared to the Scat Pack it’s missing a lot.
Is anyone else having issues like this, or am I just having terrible luck?
The Daytona owners forum is exactly what dissuaded me from taking advantage of the pricing back in July. Numerous reports of electrical gremlins, bricked cars, dumb little issues with the key fob; I just couldn’t take the risk on it as my only car despite how much I liked the Charger.
Even now I question my constitution…
These Florida dealers lmao. Just had a call with one in bumblefuck Florida.
The conversation I just had with one, oh man, classic. I emailed this guy and told him I want a sales price of x with no add ons. Instead of just turning me down, the braindead lemming calls me and asks me to speak to his manager. Fine, you should have all the facts as I laid them out clear as day.
Manager answers and says what do you want your monthly payment to be.
Me: I want to one pay.
Him: Well what would you like the monthly.
Me: I’m looking to pay it in one shot.
Him: (getting louder) What do you want the monthly to be?
Me: I want the cap cost to be $55,700 (mind you, this is a loaner) on 24/7500 lease, I’d like to pay it one shot. You can work it out and tell me where that gets me.
Him: (SCREAMING) HOW MUCH DO YOU WANT TO PAY?
At this point I knew there was no deal happening. Even though he had the loaner and is only 3 hours from me, this was dead. These Florida dealers rarely deal with Floridians on good prices, maybe I just don’t speak the same language as them.
Me: Listen to me you shit kicking hick as you’ve got this lot anchor that is about to be a bowling ball sitting there never getting sold outside of auction. I want it for $2k.
Him: (in disbelief) YOU THINK YOU’RE GOING TO LEASE THIS $86K CAR FOR $2K AND 15K MILES. ARE YOU FUCKING STUPID?
Me: No, I’m not a Dodge salesman in bumfuck Florida, have a nice day.
This guy is prob so heated (he might just want to get it off the lot)
