I got 9.42% off MSRP before any factory incentives or dealer coupons, or 15.7% including the coupons, or 37.66% off including coupons and rebates, depending on how you want to look at it. The first two ways are probably the most useful since factory incentives will vary from region to region.
Midwest incentives are not as strong. Using a Chicago zip code a Midwest buyer qualifies for $10,500 in factory Rebates if they have an Affiliate Code and a TDM code. My exact same deal would be about $470 a month with $470 at signing for a Midwest customer.
The best total incentive I was offered was $13k with 2k off the MSRP. I feel like there still more meat in the bone. If it doesn’t work I’ll see if things change next month with more incentives.
You need at least $6.5k off before rebates to get to @ElectricEliminator deal. Also convince the dealer to use the BEV dealers on the selling price of the vehicle. Tell them it’s dealer cash and is not subject to tax.
This month, dealers are forcing employees pricing on them. With it, you lose alot of rebates. Tell them you don’t want it and want to work your own deal.
Can you explain this a little so I better understand it? I would appreciate it
whats there to say besides, WOW!!! EPIC DEAL!! GOTDAMN!!!
Congrats and enjoy the new ride!! For that price, I’d love to have one just as a fun 2nd car!
Most dealers tend to use BEV dealer cash as rebates which is subject to it being taxed. If you explain to tell, it shouldn’t be taxed cause it’s money given directly to them to help sell the vehicle, thats why it’s listed as dealer cash, not rebates.
It should be taken off from the selling price of the vehicle
I have had a few dealers quote me what seemed to be a good selling price before incentives, only to find they are using the BEV Coupons as that discount with little off of MSRP without the BEV Coupons.
I assume they will eventually have to discount them further as there are a bunch of 2024s available within a short distance of me.
Thanks for the information. He gave me a story about running out of BEV coupon for this one and that I can’t take incentive combined with employee pricing. Quoted me over an $800 lease which is insane.
I’ve got a lead on ONE charger scat pack unit in NJ for $330 $0 DAS with $85K MSRP. Not as good as this deal but I’m sure it won’t last long. DM for details.
7500 miles?
For anyone on the fence I just want you to know that this thing is insanely practical. Who needs an SUV?
No way to know for sure if they don’t actually have any more of the coupons, they might be trying to spread them around a bit on Wagoneer S units too. He’s right about the employee pricing. It’s a standalone offer which means you lose out on a lot of the rebates. You can beat employee pricing anyway so just use an Affiliate Code if you have one.
For anyone in the Northeast who may be interested. Not making any promises I can’t keep but it’s better than doing the dance over and over I hope:
Funniest thing so far is this alleged “key card” I found in the center console that seemingly is not set up to be functional as of yet by Dodge and there’s no way to program it that seems to exist either.
I feel like I’m the only one on the planet who actually WANTS one of these, and I’m still struggling to put together a decent deal.
Same. There’s two of us.
I’m the exact same way. I’ve seen absolutely outrageous numbers for these. It definitely sucks.
As @ElectricEliminator mentioned it falls on your region mainly, then specifically the state you reside in for tax and affiliates. Affiliates you can obtain via various sites but most received it from Thread Lightly.
I’m in the Midwest, and with the private offer code, I’m at $17,500 in incentives. I am currently negotiating with a couple of dealers out of state. The ones in Indiana have plenty in inventory and pretend like people are buying them. I have literally seen a McLaren, a Ferrari, and a Lamborghini this week, and I’ve NEVER seen a Daytona on the road.
