I was in talk with a dealership in texas for their blazers and they got back to me with one-pay $5700 24/10k for ev blazer rs.
I decided to go with Equinox ev but wanted to share this here if anyone else in texas wants it.
They only have 2 available
These comes with usual rebates like Supplier and gm card signup bonus.

I saw a couple of Equinoxes at EA stations while charging. They look way better than Blazers.
