Did you negotiate extra? Or this was the offer as-is ? And which region?
These deals are never advertised and require a desperate dealer usually. Post is tagged OH so there’s your region. This being possible was a combo of last months residual bump from GM, and likely took until the last day of the month for the dealer to come down to this price. That’s why it was signed on the 31st. I got a similar deal last day of October and it would be impossible to get anywhere close to it this month with the lack of residual bump.
Regarding residual values do you use the Edmund’s lease forum to keep track of them monthly? Or is there another place to see the current residual #
As far as I know you have to reach out to the dealer and ask them for numbers to see what current residuals are.
