Is the Acquistion fee included or is that being waived this month? Some folks were getting this waived in March.
Acquisition fee included, added to cap cost. I’ll post calculator after it’s in my driveway.
Can you post a calculator link with your numbers and are they close to what the dealer is giving you?
So that is not part of DAS, but added to monthly paynent?
Correct. DAS is 1st month and taxes.
With the numbers you posted I am getting $329+tax. Lease Calc
Rwd or awd? Did you spend time to negotiate 85% RV or did they give it to you off the bat ?
MSRP is not exact, you’re missing dealer, DMV, reg fees. I’ll post exact calculator tomorrow, when all signed and done.
AWD. RV is non-negotiable. It is set by the bank and dealer can’t change it otherwise the deal wont be funded.
Did you sign the deal and can you share your final number with a lease calculator link?
Updated original post with exact numbers.

Since you got the Luxury 1 can you give your feedback on the car? I’m finding it hard to find the right Luxury 2 AWD and might look into a 2024 Luxury 1 AWD instead? Since in Luxury 1 there is no Super Cruise, ventilated seats, no AKG sound system do you miss not having those items? Is the stock stereo on the Luxury 1 somewhat decent if I go for it instead of a Luxury 2? Did you compare the Lux1 vs Lux2 in your search as far as sitting them and testing them out before making the purchase?
Sure thing.
Test drove Luxury 1 only, never sat in Luxury or Sport 2. Maybe this helps with not regretting not getting Luxury 2, but I am perfectly happy with the 1.
- Sound: perfectly acceptable. After reading all the praises for AKG, I kind of anticipated that stock would be crap, but surprisingly to me it sounds decent. To be honest streaming Spotify I can’t tell the difference between premium B&O system in Q5 and stock audio in Caddy.
- Super cruise: having that would probably be nice, but I never tried it so I’m totally ok without it. Knowing myself, I’d probably use it once or twice and never turn it on again.
- Ventilated seats: probably the only thing that I miss. It’s nice to have it but it didn’t raise to the level of deal breaker, like AWD for example.
Overall loving the car. 515 horses put a smile on my face each time I press accelerator. Not sure if there are any differences between 2024 and 2025 Lux 1 though, so might not be a direct comparison of the features.

why wasnt the $7500 ev credit offered since this is a lease and when leased you can get the $7500 via the fleet back door.
The 7500 is baked into the inflated Rv

The weirdest thing happened: dealer quietly included $5K lease wear and tear protection for $470 in the lease e-contract copy I received a week after signing. I never asked for it, they never offered. I could have sworn it was not in the paper contract I signed in the finance office. Payment/DAS didn’t change from what was agreed and paid in person, so I’m not complaining. Got an email from Assurant, signed up and protection contract shows as active.
Initially they didn’t give me the copy of the signed contract on a spot, claiming something about e-sign acting up and promising to email it later in the day. Took them a week. Honestly not sure what to think of it, nothing like that ever happened before.
if it didnt change your already agreed upon monthly price than so be it. It seems shady but so is the car industry. They likely make high margins on that product and just lowered another component of the deal to make it work. Same with the $7500 in the RV. If they give it to you off the front side or build up the RV on the backside the end result to the end user is pretty much the same but to them it must make sense financially to do it that way.

Yeah, not complaining, free lease end protection. Just wish they’d be upfront about this, since I’m pretty sure it was not a line-item in the contract I personally signed.
The dealer cannot adjust the RV as far as I know. Set by the captive. For Lyriq they have inflated the RV vs offer it as a rebate.
Agree, if they are straight up and explain they want to add it for their numbers but payment will stay the same, have at it. Irritating when they lie or deceive.
