Had this vehicle in my mind as an upgrade to my '23 Ioniq 5 since it improved on features I enjoyed and includes some nice-to-haves. Took some time, but went shopping and got my local dealer to beat my best offer by some hundreds and had them throw in a NACS adapter.

In the end not paying that much more to upgrade, but most importantly we got what we wanted at a price we feel is good value.

I am also trying to get a lyric, probably a 2026 premium luxury or premium sport for 36 months with 10k miles/year and 5k down and aiming for about 500/month. What are your general tips?
I’m not privy to all the programs and rates, but I would advise to do your research and be ready.
In the spirit of lease hacking, find the terms that provide the best value and combine those with incentives, whether conditional or regional.
Apply for the GM card to receive a $500 incentive if you put at least $1,000 on it at signing. Depending on the dealer you could look into doing a one-pay on it, and throw the $5k you’re willing to put down towards the balance. It’s 0% apr for 9 months as well.
Aside from that, use signed deals & discussions here as a guide and don’t forget to pit the dealers against another.
I’m super impressed. I’ve never seen a PA dealer do this kind of deal! I’m looking to replace my 24 Lyric now and getting numbers that are $100-200 higher than that per month with $2500 down!

I assume this is also on a '25 base trim? I was initially targeting the Lux 2, but realized I didn’t need the added features and the better rates justified that. Had to find the discounts out of state.
I’d recommend MD/NJ/NY.
