2025 BMW X5 xdrive50e demo/loaner for sale - discount advice

I am considering a 2025 BMW X5 xdrive50e and a local SoCal dealership has a few demo/loaner vehicles for sale with low miles (2-3K). As new 2026 models are seeing 10% off MSRP, what should be a reasonable discount off the original MSRP? I would guess at least 15% given it’s a 2025 but wondering if 20% off is unheard of?

TYIA!

What’s the goal?

These lease programs were terrible last I checked.

And demo/loaners aka rentals are cars you should never purchase for yourself

Goal is to get a good deal on a low mileage used vehicle. Are demo/loaner cars to be avoided at all costs? 2-3K miles of wear and significant factor warranty seems like a good tradeoff.

I don’t think 10% difference is good enough for one MY older and an abused car. New 26 makes more sense.
