Hello, got this offer the other day for a X5 Hybrid lease, 15k a miles year. It seems high to me. Looking for guidance where I should be with the numbers and any negotiating help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Not every car is a lease-hacking candidate and this certainly isn’t one of them. You’re much better off financing at 1.99% if this is the car you want, obviously after negotiating a better discount than that.
If you want to lease, it’s impossible to beat a Volvo XC90 PHEV this month among premium brands.

Why do you say things like this in every other post? Maybe OP isn’t actually looking for the best deal on some random car that is out there but instead he genuinely likes the X5 hybrid?
Not everybody wants to drive an XC90, and even then all you did was pretty much crap on Volvos in almost all of those threads anyway.

Yes - on the car you want, not on what someone else thinks you should drive.
For some, a car deal is purely a mathematical equation. Personal enjoyment does not factor into that equation. For others, they just want the best deal they can get, on the vehicle they want. Even if it’s not a “hackr deal”
