2025 BMW X3 M50 Lease Offers

, ,

What’s up hackr’s! Anyone seeing any good lease offers on these new X3 M50s? I can’t seem to get anything lower than the low 1,000s with 5k down for 36m 10k miles with bmw loyalty. Should I wait it out and see if these prices get better with rate cuts after the 7th and maybe more incentives from bmw or probably not gonna get much lower? Complete lease hackr beginner so please bare with me.

Programs haven’t improved on them, and I don’t think they’re going to incentivize them much. They’re sort of selling. I’m doing 7% off with base MF on them. What is the MSRP you’re looking at getting? On a $72,000 one, with loyalty, it’s about $985 with $5,000 at signing.

The short term correlation between Fed or market rates and lease MF is extremely weak.

It’s all supply and demand for the car itself.

Once the initial horde of lambs have been slaughtered, prices will fall.

My build is just at 70k and that’s the average price I’ve been seeing on most in-stock units at dealers. I’m assuming 965 at that price with your numbers?

That’s what I was thinking- I have until December until my current lease goes back so my hopes are the prices come down a bit by then. One of the salesmen I spoke to told me wait until post election for some possible rate changes on the car

$960.

It just depends on how picky you are. You can order now and lock in a discount. If programs get better, no harm, no foul.

Don’t expect any meaningful changes to the lease pricing until a year at least or when some loaners come out service, at the earliest.

It’s just a six cylinder X3 that’s not a real M car. It’s not worth anywhere near today’s lease prices. If you want it and nothing else, buy it.

Otherwise move on to something that’s actually hackable.

It’s a brand new model, the discounts aren’t going to substantially increase. Maybe you see an 8-10% eventually but it’s not going to be like 20% off. The MF /rates aren’t really going to significantly change either.

Gotta pay to play.

Looking for sanity check. Are these worth shopping around?
Lease quotes for 10k miles and $2K down
BMW 540 sticker is $81,000. Was quoted $1,100 per month
Range Rover Sport $97,000. Was quoted $1,700 per month

How are we supposed to reply without much more information like MSRP and discount, tax structure, etc.? Neither of these vehicles leases well.

When do you expect the 30’s to be out?

They’re out!

MSRP is sticker here - zero discounts.
Tax structure… fair. But was looking to see replies based on ballparks

I have no idea what a RR sport goes for . Paying sticker for a 540 is very bad. Should be able to get around 10% off

MSRP & sticker are the same thing

I believe you’re referring to MSRP vs sale price

Makes no sense to spend that much of an asset’s purchase price to rent it, return it and rinse/repeat.

But check Marketplace for better offers.

On which car, a 540? They’re harder to get, but I’m getting them at about 6% off, depending on the dealership.

Maybe buy it at the end… makes more sense then

540 all the goodies, yep - thanks this quote seems like what I heard as well.

Depends. What are the total payments?

Add tax to the RV, finance it at a used car loan APR of probably 7%+

Probably looking at $100,000+ in total payments when all is said and done.

Vs something like an X5 available at like 8-10% off in the Marketplace and can finance at 1.99% for 60m or 2.49% for 72m

Yes it’s apples to oranges vs a 5-series but not so much compared to the idea of an RR Sport you floated earlier
