Hello! Happy New Year. Long time lurker, first time poster. Am finally ready to lease. Looking for a 2025 BMW ix50 loaner with DAP/Premium Pkg/front vent seats (other options are ok to add, but not necessary). I used the calculator, with rate finder, and sent emails to a few dealerships in socal, nocal, and out-of- state. Made sure the emails were in the leasehackr recommended style–specific car, incentives I qualify for,MF, target monthly, etc.) No dealer would apply the 12000$ incentive listed on rate finder (also double checked on Edmunds)–max I could get was 7500$, one dealer even sent me a pic of the incentives page. Is this typical? How do other folks handle it? Am relatively new ro negotiating, so would love any advice on how to get past the first email/text or two. Thank you.
The $12,000 incentive on 2025 iX’s are only applicable to new cars. Loaners have their incentive reduced down to $7,500
