Update (8/27): A super quick update after hearing buyer feedback — I’m boosting the incentive to $4,500, bringing the net effective to ~$697/mo pre-tax. This helps make the math work for East Coast buyers who need to factor in shipping, and makes it a GREAT deal for anyone local who can take it over right away.
Update (8/26): Updated the mileage and term duration. Also bumped the incentive to $3,500 to help offset out-of-state shipping. That brings the net effective down to ~$741/mo pre-tax (vs. $775 originally listed). For the folks who asked, open carrier quotes SF → NY look to average around $1,600.

WHY CHOOSE THIS LEASE:
-
High-spec build. Includes all the premium options you want like adjustable memory-set lumbar support, panoramic roof, HUD, and all the driving, parking, and lane assistance features.
-
Super easy takeover. No upfront cash due or MSD’s to deal with.
-
Hassle free lease return. Includes both Lease Protection and Ultimate Care+ (~$2,500 value). There’s always going to be a debate about add-ons, but I just want peace of mind and no surprises. Together these cover brake rotor & disc replacement, wipers, and TIRE RETURN WITH NO TREAD REQUIREMENT (did you know the lessee is responsible for replacing all of these without the lease return protection?). If you know EV’s, tires wear down faster so this lease offer will save hundreds per tire compared to other listings. Also includes waiver of excess wear and use charges up to $5,000 and up to $1,000 per single event (e.g. one cracked windshield, dents, dings, scratches, interior damage, etc). Please refer to BMW maintenance resources for the exact coverage details.

Excellent condition. See photos:
Vehicle condition (accidents, tire wear, etc.), options, and other details:
LOVE my bucktooth baby. She’s a beast clocking 0-60 mph in 4.4, but also the comfiest and quietest ride with a shockingly tight turning radius. No kids, no pets, no smoking. This was purely a weekend car not a commuter. Always garaged and hand washed with Griot’s (iykyk).
I paid just over $6,000 out of pocket at signing, which covered the down payment, dealer fees, acquisition fee, and taxes. All are one-time costs that you’ll save with a lease transfer instead of a brand new vehicle. My loss is your gain.
Details:
- Mineral White Metallic Exterior w/ Oyster Perforated SensaTec Interior
- Sport Package includes 21" Aero dark black wheels and shadowline trim (makes the bucktooth a lot sexier)
- Premium Package includes Harman Kardon sound, Live Cockpit Pro incl. HUD, Interior Camera, and Surround View with 3D view
- Driving Assistance Pro Package includes Adaptive Cruise Control, Parking Assistance, Traffic Jam Assistant
- Ventilated, massaging, lumbar-adjustable leather front seats for driver & passenger
- No accidents, no dents, no scratches on body
- Interior is pristine
- Left rear passenger side rims has some light scratching (see photo). All other rims are excellent.
- Tread on tires is in excellent shape.
- Right rear passenger tire was just replaced with identical OEM tires - a brand new $475 tire (I took no chances with patching a puncture)
- Includes OEM all weather mats plus brand new carpet mats
- Aftermarket “Sto N Sho” front license plate mount (looks best while keeping things legal)
- I think one more year of unlimited 30-min charging at EA stations (tbh I’ve never used this bc I have Chargepoint in my building)
