Nope, doesn’t add up. Probably have more miles left as 22,500 is usually the lowest allowance. Suggest you follow the template as well as it’s a very functional format, no need to reinvent the wheel.
The fees are 500 + tax based on your local rate so should be 530-ish.

Nope, still not adding up. If your lease was 36/7500. The end of lease mileage would be starting demo mileage plus 22,500. Should be more than 15k left. You seem to be allocating based on months left when it should be actual miles.
This was probably a 24m/7.5k lease that he just signed.

Cannot transfer in final 6 months. You can transfer it, but typical recommendation is to wait until the car is titled and BMWFS has paperwork in hand. Gets sticky otherwise

Did not even consider that as 24 months program is so much worse than 36. Makes very little sense unless there is a very severe warranty limitation.
