2025 BMW i4 eDrive40 demo 6500 miles

36/10K

M Sport / Premium Package

$1500 down

$529 / month

What’s a permplate?

It’s the dealers protection program they add to all vehicles. It’s a way of padding their numbers. When I asked to take it off, they said they couldn’t or wouldn’t on this deal because it’s “such a great deal”.

DAS is $1500 + first month.

Not a bad deal if it’s $529 tax included. MSDs would lower your payment. Also ask for a bigger discount on the car.

The money factor is .00085 and the residual is 54%. When I tried to use the calculator, I was getting different numbers. Buy out is $35,680.

$529/month includes sales tax which is calculated on the sales price in Texas and due upfront. BMW doesn’t have any sales tax credit but they made it sound like I’m not paying the sales tax on this deal.

$1,500 in penalty miles or over 2% residual you’re not factoring..

Decent deal. Is the MF marked up? Try for a bigger discount on the car if possible.

I’m not following. $1500 down payment. The 10k miles start from when I take delivery. The residual was 54% which seems high but I don’t plan on keeping it long term. They won’t structure this deal on any other vehicle. They won’t even tint the car.

He meant that you need to put the current mileage of the car into the calculator. The residual is reduced by 25 cents per every mile already on the car.

A high residual is a good thing, not a bad thing, FYI.

Extra profit for the dealer

You should take that deal assuming it’s still available
