2025 BMW 330I M Sport: good lease?

,

Hi all, I wanted to get input on a deal for a 2025 BMW 330i m sport. The South Florida dealer is offering:
$695/month (15k miles annually)
$3749 down.

MSRP is $53925, which includes delivery, and I’m getting $6100 off between BMFS rebate and discounts. It’s my first time leasing so I’m not completely sure this is a good deal. I’ve been researching the site and haven’t come up with a vehicle that’s comparable.

I appreciate everyone’s input!

Can you post your best attempt at a calculator?

Not enough information here…start with getting the residual value and money factor…this thread will probably be helpful…2025 BMW 3-Series Lease Deals, Incentives, Rebates and Prices - Page 3 — Car Forums at Edmunds.com

You’ll need to tell us which rebates they applied so we can know the split of the 6,100 between dealer contribution and BMW consumer rebates.

Also, let us know what money factor and sales tax rate they’re applying.

BMWFS is giving $2000 and dealer is giving $4100. MF is 0.0018 with a residual of 54%
For my own education; how does the split affect the deal?

Calculator

I have a South Florida dealership doing 10% off before incentives with base MF.

I can save you $113 per month and $400 at signing [from your originally-posted drive-offs] (that $400 almost covers my fee).

Happy to help!

South Florida resident here, dealers here are horrible to work with on leases, their fees are ridiculous especially the dealer fee. Imo if you’re interested in electric BMWs like and i4/i5 you can get great deals right now from dealers in Alabama and Georgia.

Let Ashleigh do the work for you and save yourself the headaches of finding a BMW in South Florida. The deal you have is not good enough by a long shot.

Lease hacking is all about timing and selection. BMW’s gas car are not hackable right now.

Buy the 330i if that’s the only car you’re willing to drive or lease something like a Mercedes C300 if you want to lease something that’s hackable

800/month to lease a 3 series seems terrible
