Guess you are right, if you want to be the first to get it, you deserve to be screwed
Now you muddied the waters by adding a trade that is net adding only $400 to the deal which is probably where you are getting screwed,
If the deal didnāt have anything to do with a trade it would appear from your original calculator that matched the magical dealer figure of $800 per month with fees due at signing that you are getting an ok deal on a 3yr 36k lease with a $6,800 discount on a new vehicle.
Certainly today this in an un-hackable vehicle so if you are comfortable paying $800 for 3 ys on this go for it
Since it is fully EV and EVās are NOT going to become more valuable in the near future I would say wait it out.
Have you compared it to the competition? both in dollars and features
Thatās what I thought, with the trade, it made it worse. The reason why I want this one is the tech. Iām a sucker for that. Donāt want to get full ev, but thatās where the techs are.
And the dealer probably knows this and is waiting for buyers like yourself. 8% is not a bad discount. The issue is that it will probably get better, or Costco will offer another Audi program with additional rebates. Then you will be kicking yourself for not waiting.
They are basically stealing my trade at this point
If you throw too much in the mix, it gets confusing
Thanks for the help guys
Finally got a deal done with the dealer
$84945 MSRP
Selling price $76057 (10.46%) off
36/12k
Added Audicare ($1049) 3 service
With my trade ($1282)
Slight mark up in MF
Also noticed they added $1k in loyalty, donāt know where that came from, total rebates came out to $8.5k
Car is so new even the vin # doesnāt register with the insurance lol
Payment $732 with around $5.7k das
Were you able to take the trade out of the equation, and find a way to sell your previous car on your own?
Nope, didnāt want to go through the hassle of selling it myself. I tried driveway and they offered me $25100 and this dealer offered me $25000, $100 difference
The deal isnāt bad, not a unicorn for sure
Did they offer free charging with the lease, and how many hours or kWh did you get?
Yes, free unlimited charging from electrify America
How did you negotiate it?
Would like to have free unlimited charging!
Audi website says itās a year only.
The Audi SQ6 e-tron comes with one year of free DC fast charging at Electrify America charging stations. The SQ6 e-tron also has dual charging ports for AC charging at home and DC fast charging on the driverās side.
Charging options
- Electrify America: The SQ6 e-tron comes with one year of free DC fast charging at Electrify America charging stations.
Place little to no value on this unless your time and sanity is worth nothing.
Free unlimited , I asked what I asked. I have an OG e-tron 2019, and have to use public chargers. In the Bay Area, it can be $.50- $.60 per kWh, so yeah, free would be a lovely little perq.
Meant to say, free unlimited charging for one year
Thereās nothing to negotiate here. Itās included for everyone by the OEM as long as the promotion lasts.
There are probably better choices if free charging for the life of the lease is important to you.
Ah thanks for clarification.
true, but SQ6ā¦ahhhhhh!
āSā my assā¦ slower than a base bmw smh
@quattrohacker - ignore the talking parrot, he hates all Audis and Volvos although it is highly likely he has never owned or leased either brand.
