Congrats! Thinking about going with one myself. AWD? My dealer sent me out the door with a quote of $800 a month on those same terms w/ an AWD Premium Plus. I knew it was terrible but jeez. If I get one, I’m going with a broker for sure. Supply where I live is terrible and the dealers suck. The other dealer grilled me before the test drive like they didn’t think I could afford it, then after I informed them I have great credit etc. they happily showed me all of the protection packages I could get for it… before we even drove it. Sigh.

This is a RWD. Luckily Texas doesn’t need AWD.. lol..

If you ask the dealer how much they want you to pay, they’ll tell you.

Thanks yeah, heard that plenty here. I didn’t ask, they basically forced me to take a sheet on the way out.

Amazing deal. Looking for one myself and the quotes are ridiculous

Great deal.

2500 is 1st month, taxes, fees?

so ~418 effective?

Not to be a jerk, but 1.25% sales tax is a partial sales tax credit, not full. But still very worthwhile since we usually pay 6.25% of the sales price of the vehicle here in TX.

Good to know. I thought it covers at 5% at the max. Or it can cover the whole 6.25%?

Yep, that’s right! You got a great deal on the Cadillac as well! Enjoy your new ride!

I dont understand how they just throw in a thousand dollars worth of audi care

Are these deals just luck???

What im saying is that there is a dumb enough consumder that would greatfully pay 2x the amount and still think they are getting a deal on this lease…how do these dealerships just give away these types of leases…

So how is one able to pay less than what a corrola cost for a 72k lease and then you or i make a few phone calls and that same deal is thiusands and thousands more…

What numbers were you quoted?

That’s what an Audi lender tax credit looks like.

Dealers don’t quote these types of deals typically to random people that cold call the dealer. To get a deal like this you have to make an offer to the dealer. You’re offer has to be based in reality and structured correctly where the know you are educated on how leasing works. If your offer is nonsense, then you will not be taken seriously.

I know all manufacturers don’t pay 100% of your sales tax, but technically speaking this is still a partial sales tax credit. Since the leasee is still paying some sales tax.

Isn’t BMW like 1.5% most of the time when they offer them?

I’ve NEVER seen a tax credit for Texas at 0%.
Best case is around 1.25% which is charged as L&M fee or something like that.

And you have to be able to explain your deal.
Every time I offered $300 for the Cadillac, it was “where are you getting these numbers from”.
Me: based on residual, MF, available rebates + a selling price of x % off…this is what I calculated.
If you can do that, I can sign today.

No one’s going to offer you ultra low payments up front. it’s an auction.

In March '23 Infiniti had full sales tax credit. I paid 0 tax on my QX80. I then had offers from the Infiniti dealer on a QX60 at around the 12 month mark, 16 month mark, and 18 month mark (maturity/turn in of QX80) and each of those offers had a full sales tax credit.

good ol days.

also had full tax credits in march 2020 on my tundra.

I am looking at a Prestige, MRSP 77,410 for 36/12, first month at drive off in the Phoenix area. Any idea what deals are out there for us Arizonans?
