Found one of the last 2024 XC90 loaners. The out-of-state delivery charges knocked it out of the vaunted 20 year leasehackr score, but still a pretty decent deal. Appreciate the community’s help getting me there. Needed a third row for the family, didn’t think I could get something sub-400s, much less a Volvo.
Dealer Fees: $549 (closing fee), $225 (out of state), $1000 (delivery from SC to MA). Costco + AMA rebates, $2500 + $7500 dealer rebates. 10 MSDs.
Actual agreed value $67,898 but adjusted (-$380) MSRP to account for sign-and-drive.
Does this one happen to be denim blue with blonde interior from a dealer in Greenville? If so, I tried to get a very similar # 1.5 months ago from this dealer in SC (shipping to MA) but they wouldn’t come close to these #s. Glad they came to their senses and you got a great deal!
I just followed the steps on other threads. Most importantly sending a detailed offer not asking for quotes. The only place I differed from others is when someone said no I didn’t just move on if I saw inventory sitting for a bit I (respectfully) returned back to some of the ones that said no to see if they’d budge
Same in MA. Just find a place that’s doing it and do delivery. It cost me 1k, which was more than made up for in the discount I got. It was put on a truck yesterday and is getting here tonight.
