2024 Toyota Rav 4 XLE Lease - Good Deal?

Can anyone let me know if they think this is a good lease deal?

2024 Rav 4 XLE AWD (Red), 36 mos/10K a mos
NJ tax 6.625%
MF: .00244
Residual: 63% or $23,066
MSRP:$36613 + Delivery, Processing, Handling (DPH)
DPH: $1895
Selling Price: $38508
Estimated Tax/Fees: $3509.68
Doc Fee: $599
Reg Fee: $200
2021 Rav 4 Lease Trade In Value: $4250
Lease Loyalty: $1000
Dealership Cash: $1400
DAS: $6650 which is the trade in, loyalty, dealer cash above
Net Cap Cost:$35866
$499/month

I don’t know how they came up with the estimated taxes, and I don’t know they came up with $499/month either if the msrp, MF, residual are all correct.

LH giving me way lower numbers around $339/mo.

Any thoughts?

No, $2k OVER MSRP is not a good deal.

There are cars you lease and there are cars you buy. RAV4s are the latter.

Not sure what your trade is really worth but text me. I can do rav at least 1k off msrp after my fee. If you really want to lease get a prime…

9/10 times if a price winds up ending with 99 it’s a crappy deal. Theres an occasion when that happens naturally but it’s not typical

Thank you for the feedback. I definitely sensed something was wrong with the deal and didn’t realize at first that the extra $1895 was a dealer adjustment market. The DPH was actually already including in the (MSRP+DPH) price, plus a the car is loaded with tons of BS accessories from The Menu that we didn’t ask for.

Appreciate the 2nd look from you all pray🫡

Whatever you do get a hybrid RAV. So much smoother and refined.

Have you looked at primes? I think they’re a better deal than a regular hybrid. With loyalty you’re around 500/mo 36/10 tax tags fees inc 36/10. 48 msrp

Yeah i did take a look at the Primes. One dealer said that too. Monthly is almost the same as a Rav4, and my gf also has about $2-3$K in equity for her current Rav4. The prime really is nice but the overall goal is to use the equity plus loyalty and try to keep her payment sub $400 w/ 36/10. The $6500 is attractive though. TBH I am really considering it since those seem more available than the Rav XLE loaded with BS options bringing it to the same price of a Prime after all tax title fees and $6500 cash

You can be around 300/mo with 3k down on a 24/10 with ally. 400 on a 36/10 Tfs. Can also do the xse without pp for like $50/mo more

Prime should also have equity at lease end bringing your effective down. Of course that’s if the market stays strong but it def has on these over thr last year.

Feel free to pm me.
