The broker in Arizona who was kicked off of here has had loaners in the 700 range with 3k down in SoCal

12% discount but marked up MF, normalized to 9-10% off at base MF.
OP there’s probably not much more you can do to make this any better. New Macan S+ is typically going to be pay to play. Just finance it.
Is buying really that much better? Assuming the same money down on a 72 month loan, you’ll owe $54k after 2 years. KBB trade in value on a similar 2022 is $54-59k. Not a ton of equity there over 24 months at least.
Buying a CPO 2022 is the move. You can get one for mid 60s.
In your lease above you’ll have $31K into the car in 2 years…
Finance the CPO car, and sell after 2 years. Instead of losing $31K you will probably lose about half of that.
