Looking to lease a 2024 Palisade Calligraphy Night edition - 36 months, 10k miles - zip is 10965 but could easily go to NJ to purchase to save on tax.

Got the following numbers from Edmunds…

.00249 MF and 64% residual. $1750 lease cash

MSRP 56k or so depending on options.

Based on current marketplace, what’s a realistic monthly target with $0 DAS and everything rolled into monthly payment?

Local dealership seems to have a handful on the lot currently.

Current lease has 2 payments left so would be looking to sign in the next month or so.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Use the LH calc and put together a deal giving you a target payment. You will need to search to find a reasonable % discount off MSRP to use with that MF, RV and incentives.

Yeah, that’s the part I’m struggling with. What’s realistic in terms of MSRP discount?

Did you search this site for deals and discounts on this car? Or the entire web for a Palisade forum to see? Post your attempt at a calc using saying 8% off to see what a target payment might look like.
