I’m putting down $3200 due at signing for payments of $530 a month for 36/10. The total balance does not reflect the due at signing.

Residual Value is 55% for $25,234.

Is this a good lease deal?

The monthly payment is good. But I’m skeptical about everything else.

The moment you see an add on like an ‘appearance’ package, that means the discount isn’t as good as the package is in it.

Put it simply, do you like paying for items 10X the true cost?

I noticed the appearance package on the quote and mentioned that I do not wish to pay for it since it wasn’t listed on the manufacturer’s website. However, the sales manager informed me that he could not remove the package, stating that all vehicles at his dealership come equipped with it. He also mentioned that the TLP is non-negotiable as it is included on the quote as well.

That’s 90% bull, they just say that. What’s the TLP? Another fee they make up?

A quick look on the marketplace shows 11% off but a lower monthly payment So I would think they are marking it up on the MF too (Basically bending you over while feeding you some cake)

Here is @CarmaLeasing Pathfinder SV for 46k and 3k down, and the payment is $457. Their $600 broker fee should be worth the $73/month savings.

Depends on how you define it.

How do you benefit from it?

You’d spend almost $22k to rent a car selling for ~40K + tax and then return it with $0 equity.

You’d still need a car and so repeating the same lease would cost you total ~$45k in payments over 72m and have $0 equity.
