2024 Mazda CX-90 Turbo S Premium Plus Lease Deal?

Wanted to get some feedback on this unique lease deal I’m creating with Mazda. We want to get out of our current CX-9 Carbon and into a new design CX-90 TSPP. Our current lease has some payments left ($2,388) and they are lumping that into the monthly cost, plus literally every other cost and fee (tax, registration, doc fee, and gov’t fee). The monthly will be $637/mo for 33 mo @ 10k/yr. Here’s the breakdown:

MSRP: $57,855
Selling Price: $53,000
Rebate: $7,125
Gov’t/Doc Fee: $350
Adjusted Cap Cost: $51,964
Residual Value: $31,241
Due at signing and monthly: $637.

Costs that offset the rebate and will go into the monthly:
Taxes: $2,737 (New York/Westchester @ 8.375%)
Acquisition: $650
Lease payoff: $2,388
Doc/registration Fee: $350

Is this a good deal?

Doesnt Mazda have a pull ahead program where they waive last 3 payments.

You are right, @Nom_De_Plume. I already factored that in. There are 8 payments left but they are eating 3 so I’ll owe them for aprox 5 @ $484/mo.

What is the buyout price vs market value of your trade? Are you set on the Turbo? PHEV leasing well right now…

Doesnt NY give you a sales tax credit when you turn in old vehicle and lease new vehicle on same transaction?

I see several signed deals with 10% msrp discount before incentives. I would shoot for that.

It’s a good question…not even sure how they would get that credited back to me unless they just did another discount.

Post a link to an LH calculator where selling price is 10% off from MSRP.
