No broker fee, went back to the same dealer we got the 2022 Macan from. Residual was adjusted a bit for any miles over 5000.

Did you have equity in the 2022? I know they will usually waive the dispo but how did they waive 3 payments (unless it was welcome to Porsche)?

There are a whole host of conditions depending on what you have and what you want to lease.
I’ll try to simplify:
You must be on a 24 month or longer term.
Most waivers are 3-6 payments but if you lease or finance a model year 24 or 25 Taycan OR EV macan you can get 12 months waived of your current lease if your car is a MY 21-23.
If you have a MY 21-23 PFS lease and lease a MY 25 Porsche (all models) - it’s up to 6 payments waived.
All other MY you currently have and leasing any other New Porsche or CPO Porsche - it’s a 3 payment waiver.
$800/mo for a 4 cylinder Macan is a great deal?
The same 4 cylinder engine found in the European version of the $30K Golf GTI? THAT Macan?
