In all but the absolute rarest of circumstances, if you received an offer from a dealer, it isn’t a good deal.
Work out a strong target deal and then make an offer to the dealer. You can not effectively negotiate a deal by asking dealers how much they want you to pay, especially going into the conversation without any idea of what a good deal actually is.
