Hello!
Looking at how to best evaluate a one-pay lease.
Here is the quote:
2024 Land Rover Discovery S
MSRP $64,675 (no dealer add-ons)
Terms 36 months / 10,000 miles
One-pay lease $35,469 (out the door)
I was assuming $32-33k might be reasonable . . . but $35,469 seems too high. Truly appreciate any comments.
How’d you get to that number?
Simply an estimate based upon my last one-pay lease for a BMW X5 (% of MSRP).

Is it a true one-pay lease or you are pre-paying everything upfront? Big difference since LR doesn’t do one-pay leases AFAIK.
The email quote I received states “one-pay lease”. I believe JP Morgan Chase is the actual lessor (not LR). The only number outside the quote is the disposition fee.
This is a useless comparison. You need to work out what this should actually cost.
