I contacted dealers in FL, GA, LA who had this model EV9. I was offering 10% off MSRP. I had a few who countered at about 5% and then one final dealer who was a few hours away who offered 8.7% off and was willing to deliver to car to me for free.
They didn’t offer e-sign but just brought the docs to me to sign when delivering.
I think I could have gotten a similar % off MSRP by going farther away and with no dealer fee, but them offering to deliver the car and save a day of travel or paying $500-$1000 to transport the car was worth it to do the deal in FL.
I tried to replicate this in the calculator and I was getting $454 as the pretax payment. I clarified this with the dealer and they assured me it was a post tax payment and that’s what the contract showed.
