Ive got a land. There wasnt enough extra stuff on the gt line to justify that much more cost to me. Was definitely worth going land over wind though
Between those two choices, obviously the Land.
But where are you and what’s the taxation of leases there? What’s the MSRP, selling price and MF? Making a relative choice is great but you have to make sure the deal is good.
They didn’t give me in details but taxes is around %4.5 so I’m really considering the land the only downside with it is color , land is green , GT-line is matte blue with relaxation package

Gt-line has key parking assistance , matte blue and relaxation package on 2nd row but nothing else except less 10 miles in rage and extra $170 monthly
Key parking assistance is available to add to the land and you can get the relaxation package on it if you want, so gives more options.
I have the relaxation package on mind and dont find it hugely useful. Probably would use it more with older kids in the middle row though.
