2024 Ioniq 5 Lease Deal

I can not figure out at all how Hyundai is getting the numbers from this deal for 2024 Ioniq 5 SEL.

Particularly at this line below:
Includes application of $7,500 EV Lease Bonus resulting in a net capitalized cost of of $36,245. (typo theirs)

How are they getting a net cap cost of $36,245 and a $7500 lease bonus with an MSRP of $48,775?

The advertisement is below from their own website.

Don’t waste your time. Ultimately “Hyundai the manufacturer” cannot sell or lease you a car. Only a dealership can. And GL getting a dealership to honor an ad from the manufacturer.

Look in the Marketplace instead for actual deals that can be signed IRL.
