2024 Hyundai Santa Fe XRT Lease - MI

Hi all,
I suck at negotiating. I wanted the Calligraphy trim, with 12k miles/year. Term-whatever leads to lowest payment.
$0 DAS up to first month payment plus applicable fees.
I couldn’t get anything below $700 for that. She said she’d talk to her manager and he said 720 was the lowest he would go on the calligraphy, which is the highest trim and that was with 12k miles per year.
She then showed me the next level trim and the calligraphy with 10k miles per year. I think it’s still too high. I asked if they would budge on the MF since I have decent credit and/or take any more off the selling price. Nothing.

Would any wise hackrs here be willing to take a look at these two write ups and let me know what you think? Thank you so much.

Most cars don’t lease well. The RV and MF just doesn’t allow it. Have you concluded this is a good candidate for all your lease hacking efforts?

Hi there,

I honestly don’t really know. Probably not. After reading through many of the signed deals folks have shared, with more expensive and/or higher end vehicles, I don’t think it’s the best. Maybe I am not looking in the right spot, but It seems like most of the deals I see in the forums are for CA. The pre-negotiated deals are for CA, Northeast, and TX. I will be leasing in MI. I have been messing with the calculator, I’ve watched the “how to” video, but I am not certain how to use it to my advantage for a car I want. I don’t think I am leasehackr-worthy!

Which makes and models?
