I wanted to share my lease numbers to help out anyone in the market for one. I included my contract for the exact breakdown.
The Touring AWD msrp with destination and handling was $56550. The dealership discounted 10.5% before the $12.5k in incentives. I rolled all fees into the lease. I paid only first months payment at signing ($375 including tax). I think I could of gotten a little better (I always do Monday morning quarterback after signing a new lease, lol), but Florida is difficult. I called about 8 dealers and all of them were around $500 with only first months payment at signing. I hope this helps!
Pretty solid deal, specially if you could push for a better discount, but for a few $ more, I think the Lyriq offers a better vehicle overall value considering they ride on the same platform.
Trying to structure a similar deal in IL. Does the $12.5k in incentives break out to $7.5k lease cash + $5k summer dealer cash? Did you have the $1k conquest too?

Good choice. I also did signup on same day but went with 10K. I paid some downpayment 2158 to cover fees and first month payment but paying $235 per month.
