Likely won’t be going over 10k miles annually

I hope you signed already, thats a steal for a 2024

Now looking into it, 2025’s are on the lot….

Pretty good deal honestly

This math isn’t matching for me. What’s due at signing?

According to the disclosure: Due at signing includes $0.00 down payment and $0.00 security deposit. Lease excludes tax, tags, first months payment, $595 acquisition fee and $175 documentation fee.

Sales tax (8.875% x $19,044) is $1,690

So at signing would be $529+$595+$175+$1,690 = $2,989

Please correct me if I’m wrong or missing anything

So this is an advertisement and not an actual quote? You should get an actual quote / deal sheet.

Whats the discount off msrp?

How does this compare to the target deal you put together before reaching out to dealers? Please post your calculator for your target deal with the target discount based on the comp deals and broker offerings you researched and the lease programs as they apply to you.

No, that is not a good deal. Dealers are knocking 6% off MSRP on 2024 models near me in MD. You need to know how they got to the cap cost quoted. I think you should be able to get this under $500 a month.

From the sticker, MSRP is $48,800 and total vehicle price is $52,780.

I assume this deal is signed?

Yes signed

Over msrp is not a good deal

Not to sound like a smart a$$, but why come and ask this question now?

Was trying to get between 1%-1.25% of msrp

How did you come up with a target discount of 1-1.25% of MSRP? Was that based on research?

As in, your monthly payment would be ^^^ ?

Car lease YouTubers saying what to aim for. I’m dumb and not too familiar with leases

If you like the vehicle and can afford the payments its a good deal.

3 years from now come on this site PRIOR to you setting foot in a dealership.

Until then, enjoy your car!

Not dumb, just inexperienced. We all start somewhere. Spend the next few years following this site and you’ll learn tons about how to negotiate better next time.

This is a useless metric for determining if something is a good deal or not. You also didnt even hit that goal as this looks to be about 1.35%
