Has anyone recently lease or purchased a Pilot recently?
I looked at a 2024 Honda Pilot Touring. It had a sticker in the window with a 5000 dollar market adjustment. I got them down to MSRP and Honda has a 500 Military rebate.
Just curious if anyone has got one for under MSRP, and if so how much, thank you.
There was an Elite for $4k off in the Marketplace at one point in late 2023
If you decide to go with this dealer, make sure they don’t add any BS dealer, non-negotiable dealer add-ons. Some Honda dealers are known to do that.
I’m not sure what the market is like for these, but I would expand my search outside of MA and check out dealers in NH and CT.

There are dealers offering 4k off bu you will have to be willing to travel
A search of dealers in NH, MA, & VT on CarGurus gives you a starting point. There are quite a few on there discounting Pilots.
Also, a quick search of local dealers near me in NH and each one has double digits of Pilots in inventory. The days of ADM on something as common as a Pilot are in the past.
This video might help. You should be able to get under MSRP at this point, but absolutely do not pay over MSRP for a Pilot at this point.
