You need to separate out discount from rebate. Also need to fill in dealer and govt fees to get true picture including DAS.
I’m guessing these fees are non negotiable, correct?
Exactly how much if any of that is a lease cash rebate?
Everything else should remain the same. If the dealer is trying to claw back discount for one sales type vs another, find a new dealer.

The discount absolutely is but you need to search to see/verify what incentives are in your area for that vehicle. Dealer won’t necessarily just apply them automatically.

Discounts are not incentives. Just confuses the comparison of a deal. Don’t forget you are not tied to this dealer and sometimes driving a little or fly down can save you a nice chunk. I’d research some marketplace deals here to compare just keep in mind they have broker fees and sometimes high doc fee.
