How underpowered does the 4 cyl feel when discharged battery?
The battery never fully discharges. The lease on our 2022 base model is ending this month, and it was never an issue. It always keeps a small reserve charge, and doesn’t let the battery actually get to zero. It’s also recharged pretty much continuously at various rates from either the gas engine or the regenerative braking.
With the battery at <1%, it only has about 80 more hp and 200 more ft lbs than the v6.
This is such a great deal. I may try and use this one!
Thanks. I was surprised to get one an hour away given the dealers in Indianapolis are notoriously terrible.
Midwest is such a trash shoot for anything reasonable. I’m honestly shocked you got that. I get astronomical numbers for these.
I was too. I was told “you’ll never find a Jeep with that MSRP for under $600/month.”
Hey another one from Indy! Spot on, the CDJR dealers are worse than the Kia dealers in this area.
any idea on how to see if the vehicle qualiifes for the overage unit besides asking the dealer?
