$3,300 in fees seem even excessive for FL. I would ask for breakdown of the lines taxable & non-taxable fees lines. You tag and registration only cost low $200 here.
But if the car is new and your due at sign is $400 seems like a decent FL deal.

Find out what they are first. If they are cancellable products you can cancel them later. But if they are bs accessories you will be stuck with them.
