2024 GMC 2500HD AT4 - What to do?

Can I get some guidance on these finance options?
My credit union is 3.75% to 48 months, 4.75% for longer. They offer both conventional and AFG backed balloon loans at the same rates/terms. ($775 program fee, $195 walk-away/disposition fee)

2024 GMC Sierra 2500HD AT4 6.6 Gas
MSRP: 73785
Sale Price: 69428 (GM Supplier) -500 (First Responder rebate) -500 (hold deposit to dealer)= $68428

Included below are calculations with/without a down payment of $18000. I’ve read through the balloon loan primer here on the site, and think I’ve only confused myself more with which direction to go. I’d love to hear your input on why I should choose balloon or conventional, and for what term.
$900 is as much as I can bring myself to pay monthly for a vehicle.

Is there a reason you’ve chosen such an expensive trim?

Appearance, options, less expensive than a Denali with the same features.

Since you can’t touch, eat, drive or otherwise enjoy finance charges, if had to choose a finance product I’d pick the one that minimizes the total interest cost over the intended ownership duration.
