I am interested in E Class. All i can see is a strong push with significant incentives for the EQE/S versions and some offers for the C Class, G segment.

Yes, I am interested in the E Class.
The EV versions generally have higher MSRP when compared to the new E Class but are longer on the market and the fact is that they dont sellvery well. I wonder how the E Class is moving and if there are any incentives to be expected. The region is Midwest.

Your timing is a little off. As of a month or two ago there were very strong offers for the 2023 E class. If there are any left you can lease a 2023 now and then a 2026 next.
If it has to be a 2024 today then just buy it. The body will remain the same for 6 years. Owning for 6 years will put you massively ahead of two consecutive leases.
I can see that dealerships are getting rid of the last '23 models on the lot and parting away approx. -15% MSRP.
I am into the '24 model, that is selling since March/April this year. Yes, it should be around for some time, as it is the new body.
