Congrats on the deal. Have questions:

  1. How does the GM credit card thing work?
  2. Does the conquest discount has to be a lease? Or owning one will also work?
  3. Dealer info.

Thanks

I’m interested too. Also…seems like Blazer is a better car than equinox. Is this the generally agreed upon consensus? I have a loan out on an ID4 but willing to get rid of it.

Q1. How does the GM credit card thing work?
A1: Sign up at the dealer and they give you $500 when you are approved and use >= $1000 on the card towards the downpayment of your lease.

Q2. Does the conquest discount has to be a lease? Or owning one will also work?
A2: “Current owners/lessees of one of the qualifying vehicles” - Sounds like Owner is also accepted, but would check with the dealer.

Q3. Dealer info.
A3: Not sure if we are allowed to post dealer info direct on the forum. I’ll PM you the info.

How was the residual so high. Sounds super compelling at that price point wow

I Wanted to add the someone was able to change the Lease Term from 24mo / 10k yr to 24mo / 12k a year for about $500 more, so if you need more miles that could also be an option for you!

Hi is it an option to put the entire one pay on your credit card? Did you do some on cc and some on debit?

I put 4k on the GM Credit Card, then the rest on my Debit. If all you have is a CC, I’m sure they will make it work…

Would this work in Arizona or is this whole deal not applicable outside CA?

Sorry I have no idea, you would need to speak to them about it…

  • I would think that the Taxes and DMV might cause some issues here.

The dealership told me that this 500 cannot be applied to total payment and only can be applied to residual. Man, this sucks

I argued with them and they don’t want to change it. Now they only want to give me one pay of 7200 which could have been 5786 if it is calculated correctly. How can I argue with them? The manager told me to get a screenshot of the payment that someone made in leasehacker. Can anyone share the payment they did with a picture?

I just had to re-sign my contract and get it corrected. This is the new one, hopefully it is helpful.

I was the one that @Bradlee818 helped getting the deal. He did all the hard work so all I did was to tell the dealer that I wanted 24/12 instead of 24/10 and the RV should go from 82% to 81%. In fact, after agreeing with the sales manager on 24/12, the finance manager gave me a 24/10 contract, I told him that he gave me the wrong contract as it should have been 24/12 for about $500+. His reaction was like I was trying to pull a fast one on him until I mentioned 81% RV and he agreed, as he changed the RV in front of us, the number came out to $543 more for 12K miles. I used educator code so I didn’t apply for GM credit card. Thanks again Bradlee818, love the car so far.

With only Costco(1000), Conquest-2010 or older vehicle(1500) & GM Supplier(1000), what would be a good price for Blazer EV 2LT. Any dealers in NorCal giving a good One pay offer that’s below or around 6000?

Are those discounts still active in August? From the brokers post, it seemed like some of them were expiring on 31st July.

Costco rebate has expired

That is correct - We have lost the Costco Promotion

As stated Costco is no longer, but sometimes in months where one discount falls another will rise.

I’m sure people will still find great deals on 1 payments, that are close to what they are paying before the Costco one expired, lets see what comes up!
