I may be reading the ad wrong, but how are you gettting $178 per month? $1100 (one time pay) / 6 months is $183. Also adding an additional $625 transfer fee and $395 disposition fee puts this around $353/ month.
You’re right about the math. I rounded up and have no problem bringing it down $5/ month if that gets the deal done.
The Transfer fee plus Dispo fee is paid by buyer. This is still a good value for a LT2. In comparison, LH has an LT1 in Texas for $359/month effective for a 24/10K in their Deals Section. My lease here allows for roughly 1,450 miles a month which is nearly double of the current deal LH has posted.
I also have Tire warranty on all 4 tires through discount tire if you’re looking to recover more value for your money + this lease can possibly be extended 6 more months so your effective goes down.
That timer starts on Feb 28th for me. I spoke to GM Financial and as long as the application for lease assumption is submitted prior to that date, it will process as normal. The rep said we don’t need to have it done by the 6 month mark, just need to start the process.
So the buyer would apply before Feb 28th and likely take possession by March second week and have the car until Sept 1 (about 2 weeks shy of a full 6 months total).
Happy to pro-rate the monthly price at that point as well.
