Did you buy this from Westchester, or did they just slap frames on there after servicing it? Just curious because you said you used MSDs…
I thought the same thing but it has to be that latter, the former would be impossible.

But I still felt the need to ask. I have definitely come home from the Volvo dealership down the street with new frames after service…without asking for them.
Back in 2009, I leased a car from White Plains. They processed the deal through their sister store in Greenwich so I could use MSDs.
Interesting workaround, although not possible anymore as they’re not in the same auto group now.
They slapped it on after servicing. The original dealer never put any on.
